Evie decided last month having only learnt to ride her bike this year that she wanted to do something for others.
Evie is cycling 500 miles throughout June for Compass Wellbeing to raise money for them(of course in a socially distant way) . They're an amazing local small charity who provide support and care for the most vulnerable members of society and their families. Care they can't provide now because all of their income streams were cut overnight.
She wanted to raise £500 but smashed that during her training and in just over a week her target is £2000 and she's well on her way.
In 3 days she has already cycled 75 miles!
We are desperate to get word out about her amazing feat. Evie was on BBC Radio Somerset on Monday morning and Tauntons Tonefm yesterday morning so you might have heard about her.
If you don't feel able to donate, please pop over to Evies challenge page Evie's 500 Mile Cycle Challenge #GoEvie Part 1 and follow, we would love shares as well to spread the word. Either on Facebook or Twitter via @Compassdis and #GoEvie is her hash tag.
